Alex Placeholder
Graduate Student
Alex builds coarse-grained models of cavitand–guest binding and is currently benchmarking them against isothermal titration calorimetry data. Before joining the group they worked on fluorescent probe synthesis. Outside lab they restore mechanical keyboards.
-

Jordan Example
Postdoctoral Researcher
Jordan develops machine-learning potentials for host–guest complexes and maintains the group's data pipeline. Their current project connects conformer-ensemble descriptors to enantioselectivity in organocatalysis.
-

Sam Testcase
Undergraduate Researcher
Sam is screening macrocycle candidates with automated docking workflows and learning to run DFT geometry optimizations. They joined the group through a summer research fellowship and plan to continue through the academic year.
-

Riley Sample
Graduate Student
Riley studies chiral recognition in deep cavitands using a combination of NMR titration and molecular dynamics. They also keep the group's chiral UPLC method library up to date.
